#6 TALK ABOUT A GAME-CHANGING MOMENT
"Well, I think you hit a reset button for the fall campaign. Everything changes. It's almost like an Etch a Sketch. You can kind of shake it up and we start all over again."Eric Fehrnstrom, Mitt Romney's top adviser, on CNN Wednesday morning made possibly the worst political gaffe of this entire campaign season. Basically saying that the positions taken by the former Massachusetts governor during the GOP primary campaign were as erasable as a drawing on an Etch a Sketch. The obvious problem is that the analogy hits the bulls-eye when describing Mitt's changing pronouncements.
And the ironies that Bain Capital, Romney's old company which specialized in profits for management by outsourcing America jobs overseas; also took over Ohio Art's, the company that makes the Etch a Sketch products. And the irony here of course being that possibly for the rest of his life, Romney might be known at the Etch a Sketch failure.
Just one man's opinion
